Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
On the next day following the signing of the listing agreement, your property is put into the MLS system. The MLS system allows other agents to show your home to their prospective buyers. Two thirds of all home buyers use a real estate agent, so this is a very important process in our marketing plan.

Custom For Sale Sign / Programmable Lockbox
Many properties are sold from "sign calls". ERA Lucas Realty Group has many signs throughout the area with our phone number and web site address. Many buyers looking for properties in certain neighborhoods call after seeing a sign. We always have someone from ERA Lucas Realty Group available for buyer calls. We also provide a programmable, high security lockbox to ensure that your home is never off the market.

Custom Brochure
Our listing coordinator will custom design a full color, digitally enhanced brochure for your home. We will resupply brochures to your home every week so they will never be empty.

Advertising
Some agents will tell you advertising does not work. They are wrong, and generally they just don't want to spend the money. We spend over $15,000 per month on marketing.
